The Las Vegas Polish Festival will operate using tickets for food and drinks. Tickets can be purchased when entering the festival and at designated ticket booths using cash or credit card.
Polish Sausage
AKA: Kielbasa
One of the most well-known foods in our Polish culture has to be the Polish Kielbasa.
It is normally enjoyed either grilled or fried with onions and can be accompanied with mustard, ketchup or both with a slice of delicious Polish rye bread.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
AKA: Gołąbki
Popular in many cultures, Polish gołąbki are a delicious dish made with a mixture of meat and rice enveloped in a blanket of cabbage.
These rolls are stuffed, baked, and then served warm typically with a sauce, the most popular being tomato or mushroom sauce.

Polish Dumplings
AKA: Pierogi
When someone thinks Polish, they think of Pierogi! Our delicious Polish handmade dumplings can be made savory or sweet and are the ultimate comfort food.
You can find potato and cheese, sauerkraut, and meat stuffed pierogi at our festival, all traditionally topped with caramelized onions and butter.

Potato pancakes
AKA: Placki Ziemniaczane
Known to many as latkes from Jewish cuisine, our Polish Placki Ziemniaczane are delicious fried pancakes consisting of grated potatoes.
Traditionally they can be enjoyed as savory (with sour cream) or sweet (with applesauce).

Hunter's Stew
AKA: Bigos
Bigos is a traditional Polish dish made by combining various meats and sauerkraut into a delicious hearty stew.

Desserts
AKA: Solve your sweet tooth
We will have Polish Apple cake (Jablecznik) which is a delicious shortcrust pastry filled with apples and a delicious crumb topping.

We will also offer a variety of other desserts at the festival!

Crepes or Blintzes
AKA: Naleśniki

Crepes, which are recognized and eaten all over the world in many cultures, are also a sweet treat we have in our culture.
Polish crepes or naleśniki can be filled with sweet cheese, fruit preserves and many other fillings and are enjoyed with whipped cream, fresh fruit, and other toppings.

Drinks
AKA: Never be thirsty
We will offer soft drinks, water, red & white wines and.... Polish beer (Piwo) of course!
